Three Way Air Pilot Operated Valves

3 way air pilot operated valves control the flow of compressed air between three ports. A pressure supply port (P), an actuator port (A), and an exhaust port (R). By applying or removing a pneumatic pilot signal, the valve either connects P to A to pressurise an actuator, or connects A to R to exhaust it. This makes them well suited to controlling single-acting cylinders, spring-return actuators, and on/off pneumatic devices.

Because actuation is driven entirely by a pneumatic signal rather than an electrical solenoid, 3 way air pilot operated valves are an excellent choice for hazardous areas, ATEX-classified environments, and installations where electrical power is unavailable or undesirable.

Universal Configuration

Our range features universal 3 way air pilot operated valves, rated 0–14bar. A universal valve can be configured as normally closed (NC) or normally open (NO) depending on how it is installed, offering flexibility across a wide variety of applications without the need for separate valve variants.
