The Sitecna VSR quick exhaust valve range combine compact dimensions, high flow rates and comprehensive certification to deliver optimum performance in harsh conditions. Precision machined from solid 316L stainless steel, the VSR pneumatic quick exhaust valve range are ideal for use in valve actuation systems and pneumatic automation where actuator speeds need to be maximised.
For environments where explosion risk is important, the VSR quick exhaust valve range carries ATEX and GOST Ex certification as standard. In addition, these quick exhaust valves have been tested and certified by TUV Rheinland to be compliant with IEC 61508 Functional Safety Level 3 for safety instrumented systems where reliability and extended working life is critical for plant safety.
VSR has NPT threads as standard in sizes from 1/8″ to 1″ for pressures up to 12bar. There is a choice for elastomers to suit different ambient temperature ranges down to -40degC making it suitable for installations in all industrial situations.
