As part of their continuous improvement programme, ID Insert Deal have released two new regulators that offer higher flow, wider outlet pressure ranges and a higher inlet pressure capability than the models they replace.
The 212R3 model has an aluminium construction with all stainless steel internals and replaces model R160 for general use and R4160 for ammonia. The 212R3 offers a maximum inlet pressure capability of 10bar with outlet pressures from 5mbar to 1500mbar. 212R3 as standard is available in G1/2” or NPT.
312R3 is the corresponding equivalent in a full 316L stainless steel construction to replace model R3160. 312R3 is available as 1/4”, 3/8” or 1/2” sizes.
Both new models have options for ATEX and EAC certification. In addition, 312R3 can be supplied with Food Safe certification to EC 1935/2004.
