This 3TCR2 pressure regulator from ID Insert Deal srl, has been designed to meet the requirements of a pharmaceutical company, manufactured and delivered during the current coronavirus lockdown period.
The 3TCR2 is a very popular regulator that combines ASME BPR Tri-Clamp connections from 1/2” to 1.5” with electropolished body and internals. In this case, the client stipulated for use on Nitrogen with a non-standard flow direction which required extensive design evaluation and testing to ensure that the performance could be met without having to start from scratch with a new regulator model design. The regulator is also ATEX certified for hazardous area use in both gas and dust classifications.
