When the new ID Insert Deal 20 Series 2” range of stainless steel regulators and filter regulators launched in 2022 there was one thing missing, a lubricator to match their capabilities and now it is here. The new L315M & L320M offer the same 316L construction and ATEX approvals as the 320R2 regulator and 320FR filter regulator to provide FRL packages for air motors and actuators where continuous oil fog lubrication is essential for reliable operation.
Based on the 2” L320M design, the L315M provides a 1.5” version still with the same 50bar pressure rating and 1000cc oil reservoir. Oil fog lubricators are often used to extend the working life of pneumatic actuators where access for maintenance is difficult, hazardous or remote. The ATEX certification in combination with the anti corrosive properties of 316L stainless steel make these lubricators and the matching regulators/filter regulators ideal for both offshore and onshore plants where corrosion and explosion risk are important factors.
