QSLM 2000 Dual Inlet Auto Changeover Pressure Reduction Manifold

The QSLM 2000 from ID Insert Deal Srl, is a high pressure regulating manifold with two inlets for use with separate cylinders or cylinder banks. In order to ensure continuous pressure availability, the QSLM 2000 will automatically changeover from the depleted side as the pressure drops below the setpoint, to the opposite side which has full pressure supply. The user can decide which side to prioritise on connection. 

The standard inlet pressure rating is 220bar and changeover setpoints are either 8...10bar, 25...30bar or 35...40bar. 

Inlet connections are W20 x 1/14" SX or W21.7 x 1/14" and the regulator, gauges and inlet valves are mounted on a stainless steel frame ready for installation, with G1/2" outlet ports as standard.

QSLM 2000 is suitable for a range of common industrial gases such as Hydrogen (H2), Methane (CH4), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Oxygen (O2), Nitrogen (N2), Air, Helium (He), Argon (Ar), Nitrous Oxide (N2O) and many more.

The QSLM1200 from ID Insert Deal Srl, is a high pressure regulating manifold with two inlets for use with separate cylinders or cylinder banks. In order to ensure continuous pressure availability, the QSLM 1200 will automatically changeover from the depleted side as the pressure drops below the setpoint, to the opposite side which has full pressure supply. The user can decide which side to prioritise on connection. QSLM31200 is the same but based on the R31200 316L stainless steel regulator.

The standard inlet pressure rating is 220bar and changeover setpoints are either 8...10bar, 25...30bar or 35...40bar.
