R1200 Brass High Pressure Regulator for Air, Gases or Liquids

The R1200 from ID Insert Deal Srl, is a brass high pressure regulator designed for direct cylinder mounting or high pressure manifold systems. The standard pressure rating is 220bar but higher pressures of up to 300bar or 400bar are available on demand. Outlet pressure ranges cover 0.8...8bar and 1.5...15bar with a composite PTFE/NBR elastomer diaphragm operator and 3...30bar, 5...50bar, 10...100bar, 20...200bar with piston design. The flow coefficient for R1200 is Kv 0.25Nm³/h or Cv 0.29 US gal/min.

The R1200 regulator has a range of connection options to suit industrial gas cylinders, manifolds and pipe threads. The standard inlet connection is G3/4" and NPT, 1/2" or G3/8"are options. Standard outlet connection is G3/8" but 1/2" and 3/4" are optional as is NPT.

R1200 is suitable for a range of common industrial gases such as Hydrogen (H2), Methane (CH4), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Oxygen (O2), Nitrogen (N2), Air, Helium (He), Argon (Ar), Acetylene (C2H2), Nitrous Oxide (N2O) and many more.

R31200 High Pressure Stainless Steel Regulator for Air, Gases or Liquids

The R31200 from ID Insert Deal Srl, is a stainless steel high pressure regulator designed for direct cylinder mounting or high pressure manifold systems. The standard pressure rating is 220bar but higher pressures of up to 300bar or 400bar are available on demand. Outlet pressure ranges cover 0.8...8bar and 1.5...15bar with a composite PTFE/NBR elastomer diaphragm operator and 3...30bar, 5...50bar, 10...100bar, 20...200bar with piston design. QM1200 & QM31200 Dual Inlet High Pressure Regulator Manifold

The QM1200 from ID Insert Deal Srl, is a brass high pressure regulator manifold with two inlets. The standard pressure rating is 220bar and outlet pressure ranges cover 0.8...8bar and 1.5...15bar with a composite PTFE/NBR elastomer diaphragm operator and 3...30bar, 5...50bar, 10...100bar, 20...200bar with piston design. QM1200 is based on a chrome plated brass R1200 regulator but with inlet connections as W20 x 1/14" SX or W21.7 x 1/14" and non return valves on each inlet. QM31200 is the same but based on the R31200 316L stainless steel regulator. The regulator, gauges and inlet valves are mounted on a stainless steel frame ready for installation, with G1/2" outlet ports as standard.

QM1200 and QM31200 are suitable for a range of common industrial gases such as Hydrogen (H2), Methane (CH4), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Oxygen (O2), Nitrogen (N2), Air, Helium (He), Argon (Ar), Nitrous Oxide (N2O) and many more. QM31200 is certified for Food Safe applications according to EC1935/2004 Materials in Contact with Food (MOCA).
