P48 Series Pressure Reducing Valve-WRAS

The P48 series direct acting pressure reducing valve is a well proven direct acting design from Z Tide. The P48 is WRAS approved for potable water applications with certificate no. 1706085. Certificate expiration 30/06/2022. TEFLON seals are used for steam up to 180 degrees C. This valve is now also certified according to EC1935:2004 (MOCA) as food safe in that the materials used in the construction will not allow migration of chemicals or compounds into the media.

The P48 is ideally suited for potable water control and many general purpose applications. The balanced piston design provides a constant outlet pressure even when the inlet pressure is unstable.
