Pressure Relief Valve Models S21, S22 & 312V2

Model S21: VSF114 1/4", VSF138 3/8” & VSF121 1/2” Brass Relief Valve

The model S21 range of pressure relief valves from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on air, gas or liquids for pressures up to 50bar. S21 safety valves employ a brass body with NBR/PTFE diaphragm for pressures up to 15bar or brass piston for higher pressures. The choice of setpoint ranges are 0.2-1.5bar, 0.3-3bar, 0.8-8bar, 1.5-15bar, 3-30bar or 5-50bar. This relief valve is available in 3 sizes: VSF114 - 1/4", VSF118 - 3/8" or VSF121 1/2". VSF114 and VSF121 can also be supplied with NPT threads if needed. S21 complies with PED and can be supplied with ATEX, EAC TR CU 010 and EAC-EX TR CU 012 certification. Typical glases and fluids used in this valve include air, nitrogen, helium, oxygen, water, hydraulic oil, carbon dioxide, argon and nitrous oxide.  

Model S22: VSF114LL 1/4", VSF138LL 3/8” & VSF121LL 1/2” Aluminium Relief Valve

The model S22 range of pressure relief valves from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on air, gas or liquids for pressures up to 15bar. S22 safety valves employ an aluminium body with brass internals and NBR/PTFE diaphragm. The choice of setpoint ranges are 0.2-1.5bar, 0.3-3bar, 0.8-8bar and 1.5-15bar. This relief valve is available in 3 sizes: VSF114LL - 1/4", VSF138LL - 3/8" or VSF121LL 1/2". VSF121LL can also be supplied with NPT threads if needed. S22 complies with PED and can be supplied with EAC TR CU 010  certification. Typical gases and fluids used in this valve include air, nitrogen, helium, carbon dioxide, argon and nitrous oxide. 

Model 312V2: 1/4", 3/8” & 1/2” Stainless Steel Relief Valve

The model 312V2 range of pressure relief valves from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on air, gas or liquids for pressures up to 50bar. 312V2 safety valves employ a 316L stainless steel construction with NBR/PTFE diaphragm for pressures up to 15bar or 316L piston for higher pressures. The choice of setpoint ranges are 0.2-1.5bar, 0.3-3bar, 0.8-8bar, 1.5-15bar, 3-30bar or 5-50bar. This relief valve is available in 3 sizes: G1/4", G3/8" or G1/2" and NPT threads are an option for each size. 312V2 complies with PED and can be supplied with ATEX, EAC TR CU 010 and EAC-EX TR CU 012 certification. Also available as a pilot operated relief valve. Typical gases and fluids used in this valve include: air, nitrogen, helium, oxygen, water, hydraulic oil, carbon dioxide, argon and nitrous oxide.
