SS1010 & SS1011 series pilot diaphragm solenoid valves

The SS1010 & SS1011 series two way normally closed & normally open solenoid valves manufactured by TORK offer reliable operation in a compact valve format. The SS1010 (normally closed) and SS1011 (normally open) are available with 316 stainless steel bodies as standard. Port sizes from 3/8" to 2" in both BSP or NPT. The SS1010F (normally closed) & SS1011F (normally open) are available with flanged sizes 1 1/4" to 2". Flanged ANSI 150 or ANSI 300 are available. With a large internal orifice, the SS1010 & SS1011 series can accommodate high flow gaseous or liquid media.

  • Pressure range up to 16bar

  • 316 stainless steel body

  • Flanges to ISO1902 PN16. ANSI 150 upon request

  • 3/8″-2″ BSP or NPT ports

  • Coils to suit all common voltages. 12, 24, 48, 110, 220VAC or DC

  • 3 different elastomer choices: EPDM, NBR & VITON

  • Solenoid coil protection options: IP65, Exm ATEX & Exd ATEX

The SS1010 & SS1011 are ideally suited for process automation control and safety interlock systems due to the wide pressure and flow capability and compact dimensions. The C43 series flameproof coil housing is certified to European standards II 2G Ex d II C T4 Gb Ex td III C T135°C Db. Standard electrical cable gland is M20 with 1/2" NPT as an option. The SS1010 & SS1011 can be serviced on site with overhaul kits available from us.
