Model 231: F14ST 1/4", F38ST 3/8" & F12ST 1/2" Brass Filter

The model 231 range of brass filters from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on air, gas or liquids for pressures up to 30bar with the manual condensate drain for compressed air or 50bar with the hex cap on all other fluids. This compact filter is available in 3 sizes: F14ST - 1/4", F38ST - 3/8" or F12ST - 1/2" and NPT threads are optional. Filter element options are 50 microns or 5 microns, both in 316L stainless steel. This filter complies with PED and can be supplied with EAC-Ex certification for hazardous area duty. There is an automatic drain option for compressed air duty up to a maximum of 16bar.

Common fluids used with this filter are Oxygen (O2), Nitrogen (N2), Argon (Ar), Helium (He), Carbon Dioxide (CO2), Nitrous Oxide (N20), Compressed Air, Water and Hydraulic Oil. FDA approved seals are available for food and beverage compliance.

Model 212: F38MD 3/8" & F12MD 1/2" Aluminium Filter

The model 212 range of aluminium alloy modular filters from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on compressed air for pressures up to 30bar with the metal bowl, manual drain and no level indicator or 16bar with level indicator and either automatic or semi automatic condensate drains. This filter is available in 2 sizes: F38MD - 3/8" or F12MD - 1/2". Filter element options are 50 microns, 5 microns or coalescing 0.01 microns. This filter complies with PED and can be supplied with ATEX or EAC-Ex certification for hazardous area duty.

Model 233: F314ST 1/4", Model: 312F2 3/8" & 1/2" Stainless Steel Filter

The model 233 range of stainless steel 316L filters from ID Insert Deal Srl are suitable for use on air, gas or liquids for pressures up to 30bar with the manual condensate drain for compressed air or 50bar with the hex cap on all other fluids.

Filter element options are 50 microns or 5 microns, both in 316L stainless steel and there is an automatic drain option for compressed air duty up to a maximum of 16bar.

This compact filter unit has historically been available in 3 sizes: F314ST - 1/4", F338ST - 3/8" and F312ST - 1/2". F314ST 1/4" continues to be available while the 3/8" and 1/2" models F338ST and F312ST have now been replaced with the new Model 12: 312F2 design which offers exactly the same pressure capability and options with a higher flow capacity. NPT threads are optional for both models. Both filter designs comply with PED and F314ST can be supplied with ATEX or EAC-Ex certification for hazardous area duty. Model 312F2 has ATEX certification available but not EAC-Ex. Both F314ST and 312F2 can now be supplied with MOCA EC 1935/2004 certification for use on food related processes.
