R2034 1/4" Dual Stage Pressure Regulator 0.1...8bar

The R2034 from ID Insert Deal Srl, is a brass dual stage high pressure regulator designed for direct cylinder mounting or high pressure manifold systems. The standard pressure rating is 220bar but higher pressures of up to 300bar are available on demand. Outlet pressure ranges cover 0.1...0.5bar, 0.2...1.5bar, 0.3...3bar and 0.8...8bar with an elastomer diaphragm. The chrome plating on the brass body makes it easy to keep clean for laboratory or industrial applications and R2034 is supplied with gauges as standard. The flow coefficient for R2034 is Kv 0.4Nm³/h or Cv 0.47 US gal/min.

The R2034 regulator has a range of connection options to suit industrial gas cylinders, manifolds and pipe threads. The standard outlet connection is G1/4" and NPT is an option. Standard inlet connections are as follows although others such as DIN 477, CGA V0-1, NF E29-650 are possible:

The R2034-160 from ID Insert Deal Srl, is a double stage pressure regulator designed for direct cylinder mounting or high pressure manifold systems in food processing, wine production or chemical industries. The standard inlet pressure ratings are 80bar or 220bar and outlet pressure ranges cover 5...45mbar, 20...200mbar and 150...700mbar. The flow coefficient for R2034-160 is Kv 0.25Nm³/h or Cv 0.3 US gal/min.

The R2034-160 regulator was designed for use with carbon dioxide (CO2) or nitrogen (N2) gases with inlet connections to suit gas bottles or manifolds as below. The standard outlet connection is G3/4"

QEN20 3/4" & QEN50 1" Dual Inlet Dual Stage Regulators 5...700mbar

The QEN20 and QEN50 from ID Insert Deal Srl, are double stage and double inlet pressure regulators designed for high pressure manifold systems in food processing, wine production or chemical industries with W21.7 x 1/14" connections and non return valves on each inlet. The standard inlet pressure ratings are 80bar or 220bar and outlet pressure ranges cover 5...45mbar, 20...200mbar and 150...700mbar. The flow coefficient for QEN20 and QEN50 is Kv 0.25Nm³/h or Cv 0.3 US gal/min.

The QEN regulators were designed for use with carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen (N2) and other gases compatible with EPDM or FPM elastomers. The outlet connections are G3/4" for QEN20 and G1" for QEN50. Both units are mounted on a stainless steel frame for ease of installation and incorporate two inlet pressure gauges, a between stage gauge and an outlet gauge.
