3TCR2 Tri-Clamp Pressure Regulator

  • Electropolished body. Inside wetted surfaces polished to Ra 0.4 micron.
  • ASME BPE Tri-Clamp connections 

The 3TCR2 pressure regulator is designed for use on compressed air, gas or liquids in food, pharmaceutical or chemical industries where hygienic, sanitary or aseptic conditions are need to prevent contamination of product. The regulator is designed to eliminate crevices where bacteria can thrive and due to the electropolished 316L stainless steel, EPDM or FDA compliant EPDM elastomers and thread free wetted parts, it is ideal for use in these areas. For CIP or SIP systems, 3TCR2 is suitable for steam temperatures up to 175degC.

3TCR2 is available in 4 connection sizes: 1/2", 3/4", 1" and 1.5" ASME BPE Tri-clamp ends for quick assembly or removal from the line for inspection or cleaning. The piston operated regulator is suitable for inlet pressures up to 25bar and has a choice of 3 outlet pressure ranges in all sizes: 0.2...1.5bar, 0.3...3bar and 0.8...8bar. 

3TCR2 can be supplied with ATEX certification for both gaseous and dust explosion hazard environments Zones 1, 21, 2 or 22. GOST EAC and EAC-Ex certification options also available on request. MOCA EC 1935/2004 certification for use on food related processes is also available.
