P05 Series Solenoid Valve

The P05 series two way normally closed solenoid valves manufactured specifically for Measure Monitor Control by Z-Tide, offer reliable operation an high flow capability in a very compact valve format. They are available in bronze, cast iron, ductile iron, 304 stainless steel or 316 stainless steel. Port sizes from 1 1/2″ -2″ BSP screwed, and 2″ to 12″ ANSI 150 or PN16 flanged. A manual override is fitted as standard.

The P05 is ideally suited for process automation control and commercial building water systems due to the wide pressure and flow capability and compact dimensions. Due to the body design, this valve highly suited to applications where a super high flow is required and must be installed for horizontal or vertical downward flow only. Vertical upward flow is not recommended.

For enhanced reliability we recommend the use of a strainer before this valve to protect from impurities or particulate contamination and we can supply these as a package to suit the flange and material rating of the valve if required.

The P05 valve can be serviced on site and overhaul kits are available for this. Ask us for special options and custom models.
