M23 Series Air Operated Valve

The M23 series two way normally open air operated valves manufactured by Nadi Srl in Italy offer reliable operation in a compact valve format. They are available in brass or stainless steel bodies with port sizes 1/4″-1/2″ BSP or NPT. The M23 is suitable for gaseous and liquid media. The pilot operating pressure is 1/10 th of the working pressure, with a minimum of 1 bar. e.g. 20bar working pressure, pilot pressure is 2 bar. A special 80 bar model is available with PE seals.

• Process pressure range 0-80bar (with PE seals)
  
• Pilot pressure: 1/10 of exercise pressure with a minimum pressure of 1 Bar, max. 10bar
  
• Brass (1/4", 3/8" & 1/2") or stainless steel (1/4" & 3/8") bodies. Niploy plated upon request
  
• 1/4″-1/2″ BSP or NPT ports
  
• Different elastomer choices: EPDM, HNBR, NBR, PE & VITON
  
• Degreased for oxygen service (special request)

The M23 is ideally suited for process automation control and safety interlock systems. The valve can be serviced on site and overhaul kits are available for this.
