4S3 Stainless Steel Filter Regulator 1/4", 3/8" & 1/2" for Air, Gas or Liquids

The 4S3 model series from ID Insert Deal Srl, are 316L stainless steel filter regulators in 3 sizes: FR314ST 1/4", FR338ST 3/8" and FR312ST 1/2".

The standard pressure rating is 30bar but higher inlet pressures of up to 80bar are available although when fitted with an automatic drain, the maximum inlet pressure is 16bar. Outlet pressure ranges are 0.8...8bar and 1.5...15bar through a balanced valve with composite PTFE/NBR elastomer diaphragm. As standard, the 4S3 employs a relieving regulator design but non-relieving versions are available for combustible gases and liquids. Filter element options are 50 microns, 25 microns or 5 microns.

PED, ATEX and EAC Ex certifications are all available for these filter regulators. Options including cleaned and degreased for oxygen service, pre-set or fixed outlet pressures, FDA approved seals and many others. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
