FR18MD 1/8" & FR14MD 1/4" Filter Regulators Model 415

The 415 series filter regulators from Insert Deal Srl, comprise the FR18MD and FR14MD models in 1/8” and 1/4” sizes respectively. These form part of their Modular range of filters, regulators, filter regulators and lubricators to provide effective compressed air preparation solutions from 1/8” to 2”. The high quality zinc alloy casting allows operation with inlet pressures up to 20bar with a manual drain and outlet ranges of 0.2...1.5bar, 0.3...3bar, 0.8...8bar or 1.5...15bar. Filter element size options are 5 microns, 25 microns or 50 microns. Semi automatic condensate drains are available subject to a 16bar max inlet pressure. These filter regulators are of the relieving type and intended for compressed air applications. EAC Ex certification is available as an option.

FR318MC 1/8" & FR314MC 1/4" Filter Regulators Stainless Steel Model 443

The 443 model series from ID Insert Deal Srl, are 316L stainless steel filter regulators in 3 sizes: FR318MC 1/8" and FR314MC 1/4".

The standard pressure rating is 30bar for this relieving type regulator and it is fitted with a manual condensate drain. Outlet pressure ranges are 0.8...8bar and 1.5...15bar through a balanced valve with composite PTFE/NBR elastomer diaphragm.  Filter element options are 50 microns or 5 microns.

Designed for compressed air duty, this filter regulator can be used for gas or liquids with a non-relieving option. Other options include cleaned and degreased for oxygen service, pre-set or fixed outlet pressures, FDA approved seals and many others. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
